Besides being the only book that calmed the huge sea of anxiety from food storage systems competing in my mind, Liesa writes with humor & wit, making it a fun & inspiring read - quick too :)She has the brilliant ability to simplify the what and the how, and for the first time, attempting a food storage system in my home didn't seem like a huge mountain to climb. Kudos to Liesa for this fantastic book!
Liesa Card approaches food storage in a practical, non-overwhelming way--making it easier for us to "apply it in our every-day lives." The idea is not just storing food for a rainy day, it's actually eating the stored food on a daily basis. Her instructions for "implementing your food storage plan" are excellent!
